Disability Income Insurance

An unexpected sickness or injury is always hard to deal with.  Your work is disrupted, your income is diminished and you face a mounting list of expenses. 
Make sure your salary is protected with Disability Insurance:

• Maximum benefit up to $10,000 per month with 70% of earnings insurable.
• Choice of immediate benefits or   waiting periods up to 365 days.
• New members up to age 40, or an existing member establishing their own practice for the first time, may apply for the guaranteed issue benefit of $2,000 per month under Plan 5-5 with a 90 day waiting period with no medical underwriting.
• Residual Benefits Option available.
• $1,000 accidental death benefit included.
