An unexpected sickness or injury is always hard to deal with. Your work is disrupted, your income is diminished and you face a mounting list of expenses.
Make sure your salary is protected with Disability Insurance:
- Maximum benefit up to $10,000 per month with 70% of earnings insurable.
- Choice of immediate benefits or waiting periods up to 365 days.
- New members up to age 40, or an existing member establishing their own practice for the first time, may apply for the guaranteed issue benefit of $2,000 per month under Plan 5-5 with a 90 day waiting period with no medical underwriting.
- Residual Benefits Option available.
- $1,000 accidental death benefit included.
- Survivor Insurance included.
- Waiver of Premium after 6 months of disability for disability beginning prior to age 60.
